My partner and I met Ania at our friend's wedding in Sunriver (see Claire D.'s review below!). We chatted with Ania at the rehearsal dinner, and discovered that she lives in Austin...
; we had recently moved to OR from TX. When we got engaged and decided to plan a wedding in Austin, we instantly knew we wanted to have AC Events plan our wedding. Ania did a phenomenal job with our friend's wedding, and she was just down to earth and easy to work with. I never imagined myself having a big wedding, and I did not have a lot of ideas going into the planning process. Ania was a lifesaver. She was able to lead the way in helping us create the perfect day. My partner and I both work a ton, and we appreciated Ania's flexibility working around our crazy schedules to have regular planning meetings. She kept us on task and on track, and we're so glad she did; our wedding day was absolutely spectacular. Some guests said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Maybe they were just being nice, but I completely agree :)
We originally did not hire a wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding as it seemed to be out of our budget. We did fine for the first 9 months or so, finding the venue and the ma...
jor vendors on our own. But then about 3 months before the wedding, the reality and stress of tackling all the “small” but oh-so-important details started to become overwhelm us. One day, while we were at the wedding venue trying to plan the layout, we ran into Ashley at our venue. We said hello and she literally started giving us free advice about our layout decisions. She was so helpful and thought of things we never would have – and we weren’t even clients! Needless to say, I ended up calling her the next day and hiring A|C Events as our “Day of Coordinator,” which included so more than just the “day of” the wedding, but also included two virtual meetings in the weeks before the wedding, creating a detailed timeline of the wedding day, a walk-through at the venue to go over the timeline, flow and all of the wedding details, as well as being there for the rehearsal, and taking charge of set up the day before and day of the wedding. She created a shared file online for my daughter to upload all of her inspiration and actual décor pictures so that Ashley knew exactly what everything needed to look like on the wedding day. As for the day of the wedding, Ashley was amazing – she executed my daughter’s vision for her wedding flawlessly! She came early and supervised the entire set up of the ceremony and the reception areas, ensuring that everything was placed exactly as my daughter wanted. Ashley’s organization, hard work and planning allowed me to relax and just simply be the Mother of the Bride on the big day! If there were hiccups that came up, Ashley had everything covered! I highly recommend Ashley and A|C Events! Even if you think you don’t need or can’t afford a wedding planner, A|C Events and Ashley are priceless!
Planning your daughter's wedding 3000 miles away can be challenging. But thanks to these two AMAZING ladies, everything was PERFECT! I can't say enough about how professional they ...
were. They were even able to alleviate my daughter's qualms. This will be the best money you spend on your wedding!
Thank you Ania & Ashely! You guys are the absolute BEST!!
If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, take it from me, you need to hire Ania & Ashley! I am an over-analytical type and would typically meet with several planners...
before deciding which to hire, but I knew in the first 5 minutes of talking to Ania that they were the perfect choice. We were absolutely blown away by AC Events. In the pre-planning process they gave direction and helped guide us through decisions seamlessly. They were super organized, which especially spoke to my husband and me as lovers of spreadsheets :). They were communicative, friendly, and always available. They thought through details that we would have never realized were important. Ashley even came with us to our venue walk-through where she helped us make decisions on flow/details all while taking notes and pictures so we literally just had to say what we wanted. When we had an issue come up 2 days before the wedding, we reached out to them and they stepped in and handled it for us, allowing us to enjoy our time with our family and friends.
For our rehearsal and wedding - the best way I can put it is that we got to 100% be guests. I didn't think about logistics once. We trusted them completely, there was no question about what was going to happen because of all the planning we had done prior to, and they were there with their bridal survival kit ready to help us with whatever we needed.
I cannot recommend Ania & Ashley highly enough. They exceeded every expectation we had. We can't imagine what our wedding would have been like without them...and we don't want to. ;)
We had a great experience with Ashley as our wedding coordinator. She was very helpful with putting together a very detailed day-of-schedule that our families enjoyed having. She w...
as on time, professional and helped my perfect day go smoothly. Thank you for all your help! :)
